Jincheng Sihé Mine & Xiwowo Technology Upgrade Smart Parking Experience

Project Overview

The Sihé Mine was a key construction project during the nation's "Ninth Five-Year Plan" period. Located on the southeastern edge of the Qinshui Coalfield, the mine's industrial site is situated in Yinzhuang Village, Jiafeng Town, Qinshui County. To the west of the mining area lies the Houyue Railway, just 1 kilometer from the Jiafeng Station along the line and more than 20 kilometers away from the Yangcheng Power Plant—both connected directly via a dedicated railway branch. Over the years, the mine has been honored with prestigious titles such as "Top Ten Mines Nationwide," "Class-A High-Yield and Efficient Mine," "Civilized Coal Mine," "Technology-Innovative Mine," and "National Top 100 Environmental Protection Projects." It has also earned accolades as a "Civilized Enterprise" among provincial-level companies and a "Model Unit" in Jin City.

To further enhance parking convenience for visitors and its numerous employees, Sihé Mine has adopted the Xiwowo License Plate Recognition & Location-Based Parking Guidance System solution. This implementation effectively addresses longstanding challenges such as irregular parking practices, time-consuming and labor-intensive car-searching processes, significantly improving the overall parking experience for both guests and staff at the mine.

After the upgrade is complete, the system can operate offline, independent of the management computer. The data center will automatically save parking space statistics for each zone, while the collection terminals will automatically store parking information gathered by each terminal. Once the management computer comes back online, the system will automatically upload all recorded data, making it easy for administrators to query and generate statistical reports. Additionally, the system software features multi-level permission controls, enhancing the security and confidentiality of sensitive owner information.
