Shenzhen Bao'an Coastal Cultural Park (Phase I)
The Shenzhen Bao'an District OCT Series Project—Coastal Cultural Park (Phase I)—comprises five distinct components: the Bao'an Central Area Performing Arts Center, Coastal Happy Garden, Coastal Cultural Park (featuring parking facilities and supporting mechanical & electrical buildings), a Ferris wheel, and various landscaping and ancillary amenities. The section now open to the public is the trial opening area of the Coastal Cultural Park. The park is primarily divided into three functional zones: the Sports-themed Zone, located in the western part of the park and including a Children's Park, Skate Park, and Sky Pavilion Square; the Cultural-themed Zone, situated in the central region, featuring a Celebration Plaza, Performing Arts Center, light show area, and water show venue; and the Art-themed Zone in the eastern section, which includes the Ferris Wheel Plaza, themed sculptures, and a scenic skybridge—all designed to offer residents a vibrant, waterfront-oriented, eco-friendly public space for leisure and tourism.
