Project Overview

China Shenzhen Foreign Trade (Group) Co., Ltd. is a state-owned enterprise group based in Shenzhen. Its predecessor was the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Foreign Trade. In 1982, it underwent a structural transformation and was renamed Shenzhen Foreign Trade General Corporation. In June 1984, with approval from China's Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, it was officially established as China Shenzhen Foreign Trade (Group) Company. In March 2003, the company was restructured into its current form: China Shenzhen Foreign Trade (Group) Co., Ltd. The Group’s industrial structure integrates production, supply, and sales into a seamless operation, while also combining trade, industry, and agriculture. It holds nationwide customs clearance authority. For 18 consecutive years, the company has ranked first among Shenzhen’s state-owned foreign trade enterprises in terms of general trade exports, and in both 2002 and 2003, it was recognized as one of China’s Top 500 Enterprises.
