Aochen-Longwan Tianyue (also known as Aochen Tianyue Garden) is located in Shiwan Town, Boluo County, Huizhou City. As the project's fourth phase, it spans 40,000㎡ of land with a total floor area of 180,000㎡. Developed in 2016, the complex comprises 14 buildings, each standing 29 stories tall. Strategically positioned at the crossroads of three major cities and four key towns—Dongguan, Guangzhou, Huizhou, Shilong, Shijie, Shiwan, and Shitan—it sits adjacent to the China-Russia Trade Park, the Red Sea International Logistics Park, and Shilong Port. This prime location has already established the project as a vital gateway along the Belt and Road Initiative, promising limitless growth potential.

Aochen Tianyue Garden We have successfully selected the Xiwu CP3 license plate recognition system combined with the T6 motorcycle lane card-swiping system for four entry and four exit points, and the debugging and installation are now complete. Managing parking lots and residential complex entrances by manually recording the license plate numbers and parking times of incoming and outgoing vehicles is not only challenging—it’s prone to errors and requires significant manpower. However, installing a small license plate recognition device at the parking lot’s entry and exit points can effortlessly resolve many of these issues once and for all. Moreover, it can accurately analyze and identify even cases where license plates are partially obscured, chipped, cracked, or severely faded and unclear, saving parking and entrance staff from countless headaches.

● License plate recognition rate: Daytime ≥99.5%; Nighttime ≥98.5%;

● License plate detection rate: ≥99.9% during daylight hours; ≥98.5% at night;

● Recognition speed: <0.2 seconds

● License plate number extraction: Supports automatic recognition and automatic extraction

● The license plate in the image for license plate recognition must have more than 120 pixels.

● Output information: Large vehicle plate image, small vehicle plate image, vehicle plate recognition number, vehicle plate color, and lane recognition

● Supports WeChat Pay via QR code scanning, allowing parking fees to be directly credited to the property management account—no intermediary required, and no need to download an app!
