Quick-Folding Door Types

The quick self-retracting rolling shutter is a technological evolution of the older PVC-striped or folding doors, but it has proven to fall short of meeting demand. In contrast, the quick-folding door emerges as the ideal solution for rapid, continuous transportation.

Features

This enclosure is an industrial technology specifically designed and branded for the product's folding doors. The rapid-folding doors are made from PVC panels equipped with longitudinal reinforcing bars, enabling unprecedented resistance against wind. When closed via a steel framework embedded within the door panel, they deliver enhanced multimedia functionality and offer exceptional barrier performance.

With specific specifications, it is suitable for everything in compost and its derivatives, and comes in several models:

Quick-acting gantry packaging 150, designed for maximum dimensions of 6000 x h 5000 with lateral reinforcement.

Quick-acting door model 250, suitable for maximum dimensions of 9000 x h 7000, with horizontal reinforcement bars.

The Rapid Door Model 350 is suitable for maximum dimensions of 12,000 x H 7,000, featuring horizontal reinforcement and, in the latter case, a dual-engine design.

This type of rapid door is made from galvanized steel U-shaped profiles around the perimeter, designed to accommodate fabric sliding.

All of our folding doors are controlled by a 380V three-phase power supply control panel and are designed for heavy-duty, continuous operation.

Within the scope of special fabric closures, we can develop custom-made doors—whether for rooms on the ground level or suspended ceiling cranes.

Built on rapid-acting flexible doors, the structure measures up to 35 meters wide and 18 meters high, with an aluminum truss system and double-layered fabric providing wind resistance of 160 km/h. The large-scale closure creates striking contrasts in texture and visual impact.
