Liuzhou (Zhuang: Liujcouh) is located in the central-north part of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. China Petrochemical Corporation is a super-large oil and petrochemical enterprise group restructured in July 1998 based on the former China National Petroleum & Chemical Corporation. It has a registered capital of 274.9 billion RMB, with the Chairman serving as the legal representative. The company's headquarters are located in Beijing.
