Qinghai Province Golmud City Second People's Hospital
The Second People's Hospital of Golmud City is located on the eastern side of Chahan Road in the southeastern part of the city center. It was initially established in early April 1989 as the original Golmud Railway Hospital, which was rated as a Grade II Class A hospital. In 2004, it was separated from the railway system and renamed the Second People's Hospital of Haixi Prefecture. Following its transition to local administration in 2013, it came under the management of Golmud City and was subsequently renamed the Second People's Hospital of Golmud City. The hospital’s departments include: Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Otolaryngology, Infectious Diseases, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Physical Therapy, the Disease Prevention Office, Radiology, Pharmacy and Medical Equipment Department, Laboratory, Functional Diagnostic Unit, Inpatient Ward, Operating Room, Preventive Healthcare Department, and Medical Affairs Department, among others.
