To further standardize the management order of city-wide road parking areas, we will strengthen the process of replacing road parking area supervisors' "On-the-Job Certificates" and "Temporary On-the-Job Certificates." From 7 Month 1 Starting today, all road parking supervisors in this city must carry either the newly issued "On-duty Certificate" or the "Temporary On-duty Certificate" while working.
The new version of the "On-the-Job Permit" or "Temporary On-the-Job Permit" follows a city-wide standardized format and is uniformly produced, distributed, and managed by the Municipal Transportation Management Office. The "On-the-Job Permit" is valid for two years, while the "Temporary On-the-Job Permit" ” The validity period is three months. The old上岗证 (tag) will be collected and invalidated by the Municipal Transportation Management Office when the new certificate is issued.
The Shanghai Transportation Management Office will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the certificate renewal status among officials in each region, and will incorporate both the completion of the renewal process and the inspection results into the annual performance evaluation.
